Dr. Lait is the best. She spotted my husband's cancer right away, quickly scheduled biopsy, called us when we had questions, and connected us with all the right people to set up a treatment plan. Biopsy to treatment was one month, which I consider excellent turn around.
Dr lait was extremely rude to my father and my mother. Multiple times she made them feel like they had done something wrong simply for going to my father's appts. When they asked her about taking my father's trach out like she had reassured she would at their appt, she then ridiculed them in front of other patients and humiliated them. They were at a low point because of my fathers cancer and she made everything worse. I recommend no one see her unless it is a last resort.
