My daughter went here to get ears flushed out. The Dr kept flushing ear and she (daughter)said I need u to stop..as she was leaving she could not hear out of her ear and it was bleeding. The staff told her that was common.. smh Dr kept huffing like she couldn't get wax out of ear...now that she is home. They have called her in meds. My daughter not knowing nothing about the meds. The staff and doctors are extremely caring and kind when you shown up for you appointments. My only complaint is they NEVER answer the phone when you try and schedule an appointment. I have been calling twice a week for the last 3 weeks and every single time they don’t answer. I live 40 mins away, so it is extremely inconvenient for me to drive there just to get an appointment. I recommend a better call system or something to that effect.
Absolutely the best doctors and staff! I am a very nervous patient and needs to be seen monthly. Today I saw Molly one of the PA’s and she had patience and compassion. She took her time with me and listen to me. Thank you ALL from the bottom of my heart!!!! If you are a nervous patient then look no further this is the doctor you want to see. I don’t mind the drive to Kinston every month. Worth every minute to see Molly and the wonderful nurses.
Most unprofessional doctor’s office I’ve ever dealt with. Avoid at all costs.
I am so pleased with this office and all the staff. The doctor is amazing and I don’t regret getting my deviated septum/Latera implant surgery done by her, I’m still in the healing process but it has been going very smoothly. I don’t mind making the drive from Winterville to Kinston just to come here.
