I made an appointment for 11:30 this morning. Looking back i called the office number 9 times between 9/10 and 9/15 to finally speak to anyone. The appointment was finally made for today, 10/01 at 11:30. Arrived on time and they don’t have an appointment for me!! Was i upset, yes i was. They made me seem like i was in the wrong like i randomly walked into their office, it was unbelievable. Who would show up for an appointment without an appointment? The best I could ask for! From the admin to the doctors we have never had a problem and love all of them. Dr. Goheen is the best! She is so caring, respectful and reassuring. Molly, PA is one in a million! She is so compassion, has so much patience, and eager to answer any questions I have, and so reassuring. The past 2 weeks, she has been a true angel for my baby!
