I came to this practice because they were the only one that was able to get me in as little as a week. I had very clogged and infected ears. My pain was very unbearable due to an infection, but after being treated from urgent care the previous weekend, I was able to drain out my ear in no time. I made an appointment for 11:30 this morning. Looking back i called the office number 9 times between 9/10 and 9/15 to finally speak to anyone. The appointment was finally made for today, 10/01 at 11:30. Arrived on time and they don’t have an appointment for me!! Was i upset, yes i was. They made me seem like i was in the wrong like i randomly walked into their office, it was unbelievable. Who would show up for an appointment without an appointment?
