This place has gone down hill!It is about as sorry as it gets!!!!
Good luck getting a hold of them. Tried calling multiple times throughout the day, at different times. Finally got a hold of someone. They couldn’t help me out, was told to call back at a certain time and now I get user busy everytime trying to call back.
My sister is a patient. She says care is good but we’ve tried calling about 10 times and left messages. Never actually get to speak to a person and their phone system puts you on hold for 20 minutes and then hangs up on you. Incredibly frustrating!
