I love Marci. I’ve been a patient of hers for about 5 years. She’s never rushed me out, always pays attention and takes me seriously, never made me feel like my concerns weren’t valid, has a great attitude and she’s always been responsive about time sensitive things. Today she removed stitches from my fingers after they got caught in an edge trimmer. I was terrified to have anyone touch it. Im with the last review( anonymous me) lol well this isn't a laughing matter he or she said the same thing I wanted to say... so I called to make a appointment the girl was rude. I told her I couldn't hear her so I hung up after she said we'll im hear... I think she need to turn her mic to her mouth. And speek into it.But what do I know. Had a scheduled appointment for an annual exam well I woke up with a sore throat and was refused service mind you this is a primary care office where one would go to have a sore throat treated. Very unprofessional I was sent to the ER and the Dr on call was appalled at the refusal of services from Marci.
