The WORST customer service ever! AVOID AT ALL COSTS – I had the worst dining experience in my entire life there tonight. The manager had to come to our table no less than three times. Yes they give you tons of food. It's kind of bland and the service just flat out sucks. The hostess is just horrible. Even with a reservation you will wait no less than 1 hour. This was one of RI icons now it's going down the tubes...The food is still a lot but the people they are letting in bad..i went last weekend and the place was load it with blacks...Boy they just move right in when got them going to Marchettis the place is just doom..
Marchetti's Restaurant is AMAZING I just celebrated my 21st birthday last night at marchettis. They were very accomadating for me and my 20 guests. The food and service was excellent! We will be back again. Thanks for making my birthday awesome!!
Marchetti's is a very clean friendly and family oriented restaurant. You get alot of food and will never leave hungry, for a reasonable price. There aren't to many people that leave w/o taking home the rest of the dinner. You should at least give it a try and you'll always keep going back. The place is very clean and staff is very friendly. The owner is almost always there to great you and small chat. try to find a place like that. Where the owner actually cares about his customers.
The best food! – In these tough econmic times this restaurant is still packing them in. You get great quality and great value. Go see why you won't be disappointed. It will end up being your favorite restaurant too.
Marchetti's Restaurant is our second home. WE dine there almost evey weekend. The portions are good, the food is tasty and a good selection from the menu. The wait of course means that the food is good. The Saturday night bartenders are a dynamic duo. Only one in 5 years did we have a soso meal. Probably because we tried something new.
Nasty pasta! Very dissapointed... We went on a Friday night, and were told there would be a 20 to 25 minute wait. Well, we waited 45 minutes, but figured, hey, it happens. Yes the prices are good, large portions, but the pasta was nasty. It tasted like it had a starchy, sticky coating on it, that almost seemed to leave a film on the tongue. To me, it tasted like the pasta had been reheated and/or cooked in water that had been used waaaaaaaay too many times. No Lunch To Go Just called to place a to go order for "lunch" chicken parm. They stated they don't serve lunch to go... I would have to get the full dinner size which is huge..
NOT great food – I have been trying for a long time to see what all the talk is about this place. LOts OF FOOD, not much quality.
