Extremely unprofessional demeanor from this agency. Agent’s name was Helen Chertov. Extremely abrupt and unhelpful. After a simple misunderstanding at the dealership her customer was purchasing a car from, she called the customer and instructed the customer to put her on speakerphone so she could harass the representative in the insurance department at the dealership.
