The doctors here are very helpful and have gone out of Thier way to get same day appointments and even at home . The nurses are great very helpful and have good knowledge. Treatment here has been top notch
Call system setup is horrendous
I'm surprised at the reviews! I have only had excellent service and help from this practice. Staff are friendly and efficient, and Docs are great!
Always excellent service from doctors and reception. Sometimes it's how you speak to people that helps. Understand they are in very high demand and do their best with limited funds from Cardiff. Treat them with respect and people might see a better response.
