I have been a patient at River's Edge/ Pulmonary Department for the past year and a half. The entire staff that I've worked with and have spoken to on the phone have been very polite and professional. In particular I want to thank Autumn. She was my first point of contact and continues to guide me thru the CPAP journey. BEWARE - DO NOT GO TO THIS HORRENDOUS ER If you have a choice. The worst ER experience of my life. I have been to many "third world countries" and the health care I received there was so much better than the dreadful health care I received at Elliot Emergency Room in Manchester, NH- how is this place allowed to lawfully operate? PLEASE DON'T EVER GO TO THE ELIOTT HOSPITAL ER -My symptoms were - Throbbing leg pain, weakness, perspiring even in AC, over-all just feeling yucky. It made me anxious so went to Urgent care. I went there yesterday because urgent care (which I was only there for 20 min.) sent me due to my EKG - Said I would have ultra-sound done due to EKG readings. They made me go by ambulance - Once there I was thrown into the waiting room sitting in a wheelchair and took an hour to be triaged once that was done, I had blood tests, Ct scan... read more

AVOID- DR. NOVOTNY HAS DESTROYED THE PRACTICE. I had been going to the same mental health clinic in Manchester, New Hampshire for 16+ years, from age 14/15. I've had maybe three or four doctors through that clinic before Dr. Novotny. All of them were wonderful and understanding people who hhelped me enormously over the years.
