She's no longer my medical doctor since six years. I have no respect for someone who believes second hand information from a family member who made up stories about all of us in a letter. Then,confronted me ( with anger)about not helping my mom or helping with house chores which was not true at all. What nerve and truely unprofessional medical doctor.
I was speaking to one of the staff on the phone trying to speak with doctor Marchand regarding a question I had (Not exactly medical). I was spoken to so rudely and was basically yelled at on the phone. I understand now that I couldn't talk to her without an appointment which was fine. I didn't reolize it was something that had to require an appointment even if it's literally a 2 second question I would have to wait over a month to ask. (Remind you it's not medical).
