I cannot express how pleased I am with our Marchand Kitchen designed by Jason Verdin. Our house was completely torn apart by Hurricane Ida. The heart of our home, our kitchen, was the worst hit. They have a great selection of products but customer service is lacking. Their sales staff were very attentive at the start but completely left me to fend for myself once they got my deposit. Everything from having to schedule deliveries, workers, measurements I had to take care of myself. I must have misunderstood my sales rep when he told me he would manage this project from start to end. Anytime I called with questions or for clarification I had to wait days for a call back (typically it took 3 different times of me reach... read more
