We've been bringing our cats to see Dr. Olender for many years now. I've always appreciated his professionalism and obvious care for the animal's health and also his thorough explanation. to me so I could understand the cat's health and problems being addressed.
I brought my cat, who hadn't been eating for a couple of days, in for a same day appointment (thankfully there was a cancellation). Dr. O (senior) was great with him. He spent a long time with us, checking him out, ran blood tests, and came up with a plan. I did not feel rushed, and was not pushed to try other tests etc (additional costs) before going home to try what was suggested. I highly recommend this clinic. They are caring and patient with both animal and human :)
We just had our first puppy appointment with our new puppy. Everyone was so excited to see the puppy, but also so excited to help us ensure that she was receiving the proper care. We found the staff to be knowledgable and caring not only did they discuss health related topics but general puppy training topics as well, which is super helpful doesn’t matter how many dogs you’ve owned hearing the information again is very helpful and helps reinforce things that you were doing or helps. Very friendly, pet focused care with great customer service
We have nothing but great things to say about Dr. Olender and the entire team at the MRVH. Our senior dog has been seen here since he was a puppy and as he now has pretty significant health issues we are at the clinic quite often for ongoing monitoring - we are always provided with thorough assessments and never feel rushed leaving us feeling confident that our boy is deeply cared for.
