Scammers. They think they can cheat the handicapped. Most problems are ignored by excuses. I was talked to like I was inferior & when I exposed their non refund after 22 months dishonest MGR rudely ended the call. She also made grudging expressions of abuse because I am a senior . I'll report the fraud to Govt Office . They are probably pocketing the $ since they don't return calls about misuse or theft. Managers must be covering it up because they also don't respond .
