Installed the HVAC on my mother in law’s house, it isn’t right. The system kicks on every 5-10 minutes, and is extremely loud when it’s running.
Had Jamie out last winter (2019) to check on a malfunctioning mini split. After 3 visits he and his team were able to secure a warranty replacement on my unit. When installing the replacement Jamie and his team damaged the integrated coolant lines. I was informed that the damage was superficial and would likely not cause future problems. Fast forward 1 year to fall/winter 2020 and the unit is once again unable to efficiently heat.
