Wasn’t able to give zero stars. They will charge a late fee (over $100) if you can’t come because you got COVID and have to quarantine. Supposed to call to cancel but they’ll never pick up. It’s a business to catch you for that late fee. Counselors are great if you can get past the office staff and their manager. They’re accusatory, rude, and will make plenty of mistakes that you end up paying for.
A couple of problems……… my husband and I were walking for about 5 hours, we were exhausted and overheated and asked if we could sit inside to take a short break and get cooled off. At first they said it was fine but less than a minute later someone came out saying we couldn’t sit there if we weren’t clients and we had to leave. The lobby was empty so we weren’t taken up room and we weren’t causing a problem.
