They have always treated me great and never any problems when I've needed help.
Never called me back
I have been with State Farm for over ten years and the process has always been great. The repair process after an accident is easy and straightforward and prices are great. However, since moving and trying to work with March, it is nearly impossible to ever get ahold of anyone. I’ve even tried to tag team with another family member to see if someone else would have better luck getting a call back. One star is an overstatement. Cheryl is very nice but that is the only positive thing about her or this agent. I asked her for a referral discount for my boyfriend and she proceeded to combine our policies without our consent. A month later, talked to her on a Thursday and she said everything was fine. The very next day I received a mail letter from State farm stating our policies had been cancelled.
