Wedding at Marché – Outstanding Experience As the mother of the bride and overall wedding planner, I highly recommend this venue. This is the most upscale event venue in the French Quarter. The service is warm and friendly. The food prepared by Chef Trent is sumptuous and thoughtful. I attended a wedding and a corporate lunch here and I was so impressed. The staff took such great care of me. The cocktails were so yummy. I think the bartender's name was Mary, she has gifted hands. She made me a BALANCED hurricane. Best in the quarter. Highly Recommend for special events.
Review of Marche – July 2025 On June 21, 2025, Monica toured Broussard’s and Marche with my wife, our son, and his fiancée. We all enjoyed meeting Monica who was kind and personable. This venue held special meaning for us, as my wife and I had our rehearsal dinner here in 1994 when it was known as Bella Luna. Beautiful place we love going here for New Year’s Eve! However last year they put in a DJ instead of a band and it was not good !! They did not play any slow songs to dance and if you requested a sing they wanted you to tip them for playing it . I don’t know if the venue knew they were doing this but again this was a bad decision to switch from the live band. We have reserved a table for 3 years in a row here and I hope Someone sees this review and changes the music back to a band .
