Every time I visit, she’s warm, bubbly, and always takes her time to get it right. That kind of care is rare these days—especially when most places feel rushed. Marcela really listens, learns what you want, and makes sure you walk out happy with the cut. It’s that extra attention to detail that keeps me coming back. Highly recommend if you’re looking for someone who truly cares about the craft.
By far the best haircut in New York City. Marcel’s attention to detail and ability to cut your hair in the exact way you describe is amazing. I have been going to Marcela for 7 years and would never consider going anywhere else. She is extremely talented and cuts and colors my hair exactly the same way every time. My wife and daughter also love the way she styles their hair. She is extremely knowledgeable and experienced and always listens to what the customer requests. She is definitely one of the best hairstylists in New York!
Marcel was incredibly detailed, attentive, and thorough with my haircut and it was exactly what I asked for when she was done! She is much more personable and attentive than many other barbershops in the area who just want to move on to the next customer. I’ll be going back to Marcel for many more haircuts and highly recommend her!
