UNRELIABLE... He did one small service for us in past so we asked him to do a larger service, he came out spoke w us about options then he offered to look into what we wanted..We waited for him to get back to us .. Never did...left us hanging, I took leap of faith saw his work truck, stopped and spoke with him.. telling him we were waiting for him he said " I'll call you within a week".. I have used Marcel for big and little jobs. He replaced my heater I went from oil to gas heating. I love his work and his prices are great!!! I recommend him for any of your house plumbing or heater needs.
Marcel is the best! A plumbing problem developed the Friday before Christmas, manifesting like so many lumps of coal in my stocking. It sucked and I was feeling very Grinchy! I called Marcel to bail me out on the morning of December 26 and within a few hours he called back, saying he was sitting in my office lot.
