Dropped my new Audi off with Marcel’s to have a full brake kit installed. They did a great job and had everything done within the day. Very thankful to have found a mechanic that you can tell cares about their craft. As a car enthusiast, I won’t take my vechicle just anywhere - this place knows what they’re doing, and doing it very well.
BEWARE! I brought my car in for an alternator replacement, and they lifted it from the wrong points and folded my running boards on both sides. I brought it back to him, and he said he would make it right, even sent me to his autobody friend in Groveland, and never followed through.
I needed my support looked at as 8 was driving home from work and something started going on with the front right tire. They barely looked and told me it would be $2000, I asked for an itemized quote as I couldn't afford that repair until Friday, then was told it wasnt worth it to repair and they don't do quotes. I left. Thing is, new rotor and brakes fixed my problem and it cost 150 with someone else!!! They are very rude, not upfront, and if you ask any questions, they will just tell you the vehicle isn't worth the fix.
I went there because I had no suspension on my left rear tire. I was quoted $2000-$3000 to get it fixed. They told me they couldn't fix it and it wasn't worth fixing because everything underneath was broken. Brought it to another mechanic and he said it was my control arm that broke and needed to be replaced. He was apalled when I told him how much Marcel's Auto quote was and that they said they couldn't fix it. I would never recommend this place.
