I picked up my car thinking the job was done, but noticed dents and scratches they completely missed. How does a body shop return a car without double-checking their own work? Totally unacceptable.
They claimed to use OEM parts, but I later found out they installed cheap aftermarket ones without telling me. Now I have alignment issues and panels that don’t fit right. I feel cheated.
Excellent job I love it.
