Twice, I was kept waiting 45+ minutes. With an afternoon appointment, I expect some wait time. With an 8:00 am appointment, there is almost no excuse. Staff did not find me to explain and apologize for delay. I had to find someone to ask about the length of wait time. Unreliable service.
