This clown wasted a week of my time and caused me to lose a job! I asked them to summarize the policy quote in lieu of just telling me on the phone, they then canceled the quote! I then went to see them and tell them I want to proceed and to email me the summary so I know what I am getting and they said "no, you had your chance to pay last week"!.
