He did not listen, didn't seem to care, brushed me off just because I am a smoker. I know my dizziness and shortness of breath are more than just COPD. It took over 2 months to get an appointment then I had to drive 45 minutes wait an hour for a five minute visit.
This was my initial visit to the clinic after a referral from my primary care doctor but it was evident that Dr. Fernandes had thoroughly reviewed my medical records. He took the time to listen to my concerns and address each one. I feel confident that I will receive the care I need.
