So, I just ordered a pizza from them and spent almost $35 on an order to have the pizza dough undercooked. I can usually look past this-but uncooked dough makes me sick, when I called to let them know they told me they could not do anything about it and it was all pre-made. I'm not an idiot, I know it came out of the oven too early. After a little persistence they offered to exchange it for another which I have to accept as they will not give a refund and I cannot eat this pizza.
