I really loved the care this vet, but I have come to learn that it is all about money to them. I rescued a dog this year. He is up to date on all shots and neutered and I have the records to prove it. My other dog has been an established patient here. I asked if I could get the new dog in the system and get a prescription for Trifexis as I want him to be a patient if anything were to happen and ahead of his annual in March. Always friendly and professional
I brought a sick stray cat in on 7/24/25 and all they were interested in was money, when would I pay, how much was I willing to spend, etc. I agreed to pay $150 for life saving treatment. When the cat was picked up they said he was 15 years old. Why didn't they tell me that in the beginning and I would have paid to have the cat put to sleep. The animal died less than 2 days later.
