Always friendly and professional
I brought a sick stray cat in on 7/24/25 and all they were interested in was money, when would I pay, how much was I willing to spend, etc. I agreed to pay $150 for life saving treatment. When the cat was picked up they said he was 15 years old. Why didn't they tell me that in the beginning and I would have paid to have the cat put to sleep. The animal died less than 2 days later. I have been taking care of a pitbull for a friend of mine. She has never been to the vet. Her nails had begun to curl and I knew she was in pain and she would not let me cut them. I spoke to Marcello's and I explained that this dog is very aggressive towards people and other animals. She is a house dog she only goes out to potty and for sun and fresh air.
