I have been taking care of a pitbull for a friend of mine. She has never been to the vet. Her nails had begun to curl and I knew she was in pain and she would not let me cut them. I spoke to Marcello's and I explained that this dog is very aggressive towards people and other animals. She is a house dog she only goes out to potty and for sun and fresh air. -5 STARS This place is a big fat joke. We had the worst experience today, 4/8/2025 They would not honor the 3 year Rabies shot my fur nephew got last year when he lived in Florida. My sister-in-law was questioned on who trims his nails, who cleans his teeth, who bathes him when it is all done at home by them. She was also asked if she had written his right birthday down just because he doesn't have gray hair on his face. Absolutely love the staff and the doctors here because they listen to a problem and help try to get it resolved, they don’t give up!
Rachel is great with my brat of a cat. Bjorn gingercat is always happy when she's done doing his nails.
