They speak about most patients after they leave. If you’re embarrassed about your child’s mouth; they will talk about it after you’ve left and speak about how it’s considered neglect. I heard them speaking about the child in the next chair. Very unprofessional and very fake staff. Smile in your face and when you walk away with your child they’ll talk about how you aren’t trying.
My son needed a lot of dental work done. He was nervous, so his dentist referred us here because they use sedation. From our first visit to his surgery day, I felt comfortable with them caring for my son. The staff is compassionate and professional. They really made us feel welcome and at ease.
I cannot say enough good things about Dr Marcello and her amazing staff! My 4 year old had a lot of work that needed to be done. Thankfully, we went to Dr Marcello for a second opinion. We were very happy that she took a much more conservative approach. She and her staff were so accommodating and attentive to us. They treated us like family.
