My experience with Dr Reilly was nothing but positive. She was very personable as we discussed my issue and offered a positive treatment plan. I would have no problem seeing her again in the future.
Marcelle Reilly is completely indifferent and should be avoided. Reilly ignored my family member’s symptoms regarding failing vision earlier this year. Now that family member is nearly blind! Reilly dismissed the concerns at multiple appointments, attributing the cloudy, darkened vision to age and menopause. Dr Reilly completed dismissed all of my symptoms. She didn't offer a single suggestion to my health concerns. She told me my symptoms were expected for perimenopausal women and to basically deal with them. She lacks the ability to show any compassion or concern for her patients. When I mentioned my symptoms again, she was snarky and rude. When I asked about my trouble sleeping, her response to me was "Are you looking for sleeping pills?' I have worked in healthcare for over 24 years and have never had such terrible patient c... read more

Not for the elderly. My 85 year old grandmother has been showing signs of early dementia and was referred to Dr. Reilly a while ago. In addition to not being friendly or personable, Dr. Reilly never called my grandmother to review her test results with her. Here we are now over a month later with no returned calls from her and no follow up. If you are considering Dr. Reilly for your elderly parent, I recommend you look elsewhere.
