UPDATE- the office administrator that I called to complain to spoke with this provider and "apologizes that I felt like I didn't receive care from her" and she won't charge me for the that bogus visit, then I was asked to change my review since it affects their whole clinic, well maybe they should listen to their patients and give better care? My experience with Dr Reilly was nothing but positive. She was very personable as we discussed my issue and offered a positive treatment plan. I would have no problem seeing her again in the future.
Marcelle Reilly is completely indifferent and should be avoided. Reilly ignored my family member’s symptoms regarding failing vision earlier this year. Now that family member is nearly blind! Reilly dismissed the concerns at multiple appointments, attributing the cloudy, darkened vision to age and menopause. My family member had one retina completely detach, and now the other eye is showing signs of detaching as well. All of this could have been treated if Reilly had bothered to refer to a specialist. Dr Reilly completed dismissed all of my symptoms. She didn't offer a single suggestion to my health concerns. She told me my symptoms were expected for perimenopausal women and to basically deal with them. She lacks the ability to show any compassion or concern for her patients. When I mentioned my symptoms again, she was snarky and rude. When I asked about my trouble sleeping, her response to me was "Are you looking for sleeping pills?' I have worked in healthcare for over 24 years and have never had such terrible patient c... read more
