Today visit at the office was very unpleasant and very not professional front desk or very nasty attitudes and I really think she could consider finding new front desk personnel my blood pressure is 245/145 and I have cancer and I drove 45 mins to get refused for a appointment at 145 and I called because I would be late and I was told I have a 15 mins gross to get there I made it at 205 and instead of checking me in the waited a whole 15 mins to get a respond from her but did tell her the cause because of road work on the hi... read more
Marcella is great dealing with her but IF you can get through dealing with the call center. The call center is non responsive.
She’s the best!
I love my dr and the staff
I am blessed to have marcella as my care provider. She runs a tight organization and her staff is wonderful.
