Go to the ER, multiple people have voiced very concerning things to me. We were better off with a funeral home there.
I called to get my family set up to see a Dr in Oklahoma because we are on Sooner Care. Let me tell you the lady that answers the phone was the most rudest person. I couldn't even finish what I was saying before she cut me off. I need a local Dr but if her receptionist is that way it makes me wonder how the Dr would be. When I first started seeing Dr.Jones she was exceptionally sweet. She had a great staff and my only complaint was communication issues getting my medication filled. Now I’ve been waiting six going on seven business days for results that should have taken 3-4, all while having issues. The rudeness from staff and even the Dr has blown my mind in the last 6 months.
