Great place to live. Caring staff.
The staff are first rate. The property is always kept in immaculate shape. The inside and the outside. You have a problem with anything in your apartment all you have to do is call and they come quick to serve us. The maintenance staff is knowledgeable about their trade and they don't make a horrid mess in your place while they fix your place. The office is always nice and respectful and in tune with your needs. They listen and react not blow you off. It's a really nice place to live.
Patrick the manager, and the office people at Marceline Housing are very friendly. They really care about their property.
