Marcel was incredible. Couldn’t have done this process without him - he was so responsive, flexible, and was constantly providing support and solutions when needed. Also just an amazing person, so cannot say enough. The apartment hunt in NY is a terrifying experience, but people like Marcel make it painless. Forever grateful!

It is very rare to find a Real Estate Agent who has a combination of knowledge and a "customer-first" attitude. Look no further, though, because that is exactly who Marcel Wilson is. Apartment hunting is DREADFUL, so when you have someone as dedicated as Marcel essentially doing all the work for you, it takes a huge stress factor off your shoulders. First time NYC renter and Marcel made the process quick and easy. After giving him our preferences he was able to line up many tours for us. He handled all communication, negotiations and paperwork. Absolutely could not have found our new apartment without his assistance. Would recommend to anyone looking to rent or buy in the NYC area.
