My initial visit to Houston Methodist and Dr. Wiley has been what I hoped for. From the moment my husband and I entered the reception area, we were treated with patience, respect, and a desire to help us understand everything we wanted and needed to know. Organization is 5 stars. Dr. Wiley did not “sugarcoat” the procedure of Kyphoplasty and was very thorough in explaining its benefits and risks. I feel very secure with my selection of him and the staff of Houston Methodist.

Caring, and experienced. Orders test for further investigation and treatments as needed. Visit was a little faster than I'd like but that's just me. Staff is friendly, helpful and very patient. New office is lovely, but the commonly used grey, sterile look could use a little color...none of which has any reflection on the overall apppointment.
I recommend Dr. Wiley, he was professional, on time and very knowledgeable. Houston Methodist use high technology to make everyone life easier. Love it!
