So my doctor passed away, was seeing him for 20 years...I go to try and find a new doctor, this guy says nope can't refill that kinda medication, dose not even bother to take an appointment with me and discuss the issue. What a joke. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone who has issues with pain or prescription that deal with pain issue. This guy dose not care about his patients, just the money. Never again, a complete waste of time.

I love Dr Hoffman and his staff. They are very efficient and nice. Always a pleasure. Last week I saw Shelly Cartwright, The Nurse Practictitioner. She was wonderful also. I will always recommended his office and Northwestern. Been a patient for over 15 years. Any surgeries at Northwestern have gone smooty and as pleasent as possible.

Sent my son in for a vaccine and told them to take a look at his ear while he’s there because it was hurting him and they didn’t bother to give him the vaccine which is delaying his return to school. He also charged $80 for smoking cessation for me during a regular visit and all he did was say “you should stop smoking”
