Gated community without patrolled security. Consists of a biased board with no integrity and significantly inadequate in making appropriate financial decisions impacting the costs of HOA fees for members of the community.
Place is trash. The people who run the place can do whatever they want. But God forbid you have a lawn mower or chairs on the side of your house. You have to pay a fine. They have a speed radar system setup that no one in there is certified to use. Lived here 10 years. Stay far away from this place. It's like living in a slave camp.
