When we first signed up with Dr Ionita, the service was great. Two years later, we are unable to see the doctor because he is booked solid. UNPROFESSIONAL: I’ve been a patient at Dr. Ionita's office for almost a year and have always found the staff courteous and efficient...until today. After calling to follow-up on a refill request, Blanca informed me he was out of town and nobody was available to authorize a refill. Fine.
