Extremely poor experience. I showed up for a confirmed appointment (for which I took time off work), waited three hours in the queue, and was then told all empty for my lab requests. Total lack of communication and organization. Avoid as much as possible, not recommended.
I am writing to express my serious disappointment regarding the service provided by the team. Due to a lack of clear communication and repeated scheduling errors, I have now had two separate instances where my PTO was wasted. These recurring mistakes have directly disrupted my vacation plans and caused significant personal inconvenience.
Dr Ionita is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. His nurse Bianca is top notch!! She goes ABOVE and BEYOND to help his patients. Dr Ionita is blessed to have such a GREAT nurse!!!!!
