I came in and looked around the showroom with Mac’s Help. He then offered to bring Rugs to my home and see what Would complement my home. He came back a second time and I found exactly what I needed. I love it Thanks to his help.
I'm not in the habit of writing online reviews. However, I must say that working with Marcel to get the perfect carpet for my dining room was an extremely pleasant experience. Marcel went above and beyond in not only giving me options but helping me to decide the perfect carpet for my home. He even brought it over to the house so that I could see what it looked like before purchasing. He is a kind and professional man and wants his customers to be happy and satisfied, and I was on both counts.
