The doctor closed his office in Queens and didn't notify me (his patient) and took all my records with him, can someone please help me find out what to do. Should I get a lawyer 🤔
I've known Dr. Benoit for over eight years, as a doctor. He's extremely caring and always makes himself available. I feel he really takes good care of his patients and takes the time to listen to their concerns.
I made an appointment and when I went the door was closed and I called and they told me that the doctor had an emergency and they didn't even send me a message or a call to let me know and I told the girl this is not safe or funny and she said oh that not nice sorry about that.
Professionalism is non existent. Always late for appointments. When I say late I mean very late, by several hours. It's ridiculous. He'll also order tests for no reason. His license should be taken away.
Marcel Benoit, MD has been late to every appointment i have made with his office, very unprofessional. Often times i feel rushed during appointments to leave the office. I do not recommend this MD.
