Dr. Filart has two offices- West Covina and Los Angeles. Whenever you call and select 2 for West Covina it would automatically route me to the Los Angeles office. I would ask to be transferred to the correct office and they weren't able to. For two weeks I tried to get in contact with the West Covina office and was unable to. The Los Angeles office would only take my information and promise the scheduler would reach out but after 3 attempts of doing this, no one has ever called me back.
