Very poor unprofessional management.
Lived there from 2020 to 2022. I liked my individual apartment, spacious and got great light and the neighbors in my building were quiet and nice and kept to themselves. Rachel the PM let me renew my second year lease under the same rate which was great and appreciated. (Nice that they acknowledged good tenants with this negotiation). Parking is not wonderful - the lot is packed and chaotic. Very poor and unprofessional management. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!! I had a family emergency and had no time to get my trash to the trash can and I am called and told that if the trash service that I am paying for as a part of my rental agreement “misses it” then it is my duty to get it there!!!
Changing review after ownership switch, I've never left a bad review anywhere before. All communication has gone downhill since Marcato was bought by BFG- the tenant portals are glitchy and staff no longer respond to leasing questions. Kaily Zazueta, the Community Manager, is high-conflict and not suited to creating a peaceful place for tenants. If you love your skin, I would urge you to look elsewhere. I’ve been here for a little over a month and my skin was fine when I moved but since then I’m now experiencing horrible cystic breakouts. My skincare routine is the same, my diet is the same and the only thing that has changed is the fact that I live here. Apparently, this complex (at least my unit) has hard water which does severe damage to your skin.
