To say we were disappointed was an understatement. To start off, upon moving in the apartment reeked of cigarettes and the place was gross. Dirt on blinds and brown and black vents, drawers gross. I’ll include pictures. Upon informing the property manager she denied it all and said it smelled fine. There was a bottle of smoke eliminator in the cabinet to prove us right. Very happy here! Great and attentive staff. Very friendly as well.
I moved here a month ago and on move in day, I noticed cat or dog hair in the fridge , all on the counters , in the carpet, there was a brown pet stain that smelled, tried to clean it up but it didn’t come up. Blinds, vents, washer and dryer were all dirty with pet hair. Doesn’t even look like they cleaned from the previous owner. They came to “clean” and did a half job, just to hurry up and get out of the way. Nobody cared that there was dog hair in the carpet whilst I have two toddlers waddling around.
