I have been a resident here for several years and our community is falling apart. Around Christmas, the mailroom was broken into and a thief rummaged through packages. It is obvious that this was done by a resident because we use a key fob to enter the mailroom. We have a camera in there, but when asked about the surveillance, it was obviously useless. Over the past few years, the on-site staff has clearly tried to address ongoing issues at this property, but as of 2026 their efforts are routinely blocked by regional management. Requests are repeatedly denied with pressure placed solely on prioritizing new resident signings rather than maintaining the community. As a result, the property has steadily declined.
