Haley Branham is an absolute joy to communicate with. She asked pertinent questions regarding my case and respectfully listened to each response, without interruption, before asking follow-ups. What a refreshing change from other intake personnel I've dealt with. The kind who seem to be more determined in moving a prospective client to some pigeonhole rather than gathering helpful facts to support one's case.
I initially thought the process of getting a lawyer to handle my case would be difficult but they made it way easier than I could have imagined.
