I visited this location a week ago. My tire pressure light was on. It was pouring down raining. A young employee asked me to back into the garage. He claimed that he did not see anything in my tire and still charged me $15.00. My light never went off. I don’t know if he even added air. I went to another tire shop and lo and behold a huge silver screen was in the tire! I am beyond pissed. Avoid this dishonest person (and business) at all costs! Sad business here.
Excellent job getting 4 matching almost new tires on my SUV for only $300!! Service was fast - will be coming back!!
I brought my car here to change a tire, and unfortunately, they damaged my rim during the process. Right after the tire was replaced, I noticed vibrations while driving and found visible damage on the rim that wasn’t there before. When I returned to report the issue, there was no accountability or effort to resolve the situation. This kind of carelessness and poor customer service is unacceptable.
