So far it has been awful customer service. I never know what’s going on with my case and anytime I try to contact anyone I get the help desk and they leave a message for your case worker and they are supposed to call you back but they don’t. I had to call 4 separate times and leave 4 separate messages to get a call back over the course of 2 weeks and now I had to fill out a email for them and all I want to know is if they received it.
