Don't go there and if you already do have your records transferred to another vet. You won't know that you made a mistake in choosing them until your pet really needs something beyond routine treatment and then you will find out what they are really like. In my case, my dog was given very expensive treatment that made his condition worse and in a week he had to be put down. This vet is terrible and so is her staff!! I went here with my kitten and the woman vet was nasty and rude and barely spoke to me! The employees were just as rude. When I called a week later for the results they were very nasty to me on the phone and told me my dog was 11 lbs when I actually went with a kitten who was only 8 weeks old! They were mad that I asked questions about her bloodwork and weight. I would never recommend anyone going here. Save yourself the aggrevation.
