I did a consult with Mark Miller, who was very kind and a good listener. He told me that once I paid a retainer fee, I would get a meeting and a letter detailing the division of my business assets. The front desk staff was also kind and encouraging. Once I paid the 1,040 retainer fee however, everything changed. They have been excellent legal partners every step of the of the way. Raymond Ragues in particular was of immense help in defending my company against a lawsuit. Excellent. My particular situation wasn't normal. Starting with creating my friends will (she was not the easiest of people to deal with..very set in her ways, but a great woman). Jennifer from Marc Miller & associates had the patience of a saint, and was equally stern when need be. For both my friend and myself during probate, as well as, the sale of the house.
