I would recommend Marc Miller & Associates to anyone who needs legal help with real estate transactions. I worked with Jennifer, who gave me great advice throughout the process! I was purchasing from an estate and when things got complicated, she was right there to troubleshoot and keep things moving to a sale! The office is also very responsive, which I greatly appreciated! I would definitely work with this firm again!
Marc Miller's a complete joke as an attorney, I'd highly recommend that you seek an attorney who'll have your back. He was my real estate attorney some time back when I purchased my very first home in the Hudson Valley. The sellers were very unscrupulous and during the final walk-through, they quite literally hid the fact that the home's heating system (specifically, the heat exchanger within the furnace) was broken. Unreliable and Poor Communication – Would Not Recommend for Real Estate Transactions My experience with MARC W. MILLER & ASSOCIATES during a real estate transaction was frustrating from start to finish.
