Billing department doesn’t know how to post checks!!! I received 4 statements for same procedure, 1st statement date was 2/1/23 was paid 3/7/23 & deposited on 3/16/23 at B of A Chino hills, received another statement dtd 5/26/23 called billing dept & notified already paid & u guys deposited the check, they said will take care of it , 3rd statement dtd 10/4/23 called again & gave same info & said they would take care of it!!
