Yes Dr Marc is a good doctor I've been seeing him for a couple years and one thing about him is he is real and he really cares about you as a person. His staff is friendly and they really like what they do
Dr Serve is great because he listens carefully and discusses my medical information and any treatments or lifestyle changes needed. He is a true caring partner in managing my health.
It has been almost a 1.5wks since the appt. It's been 1wk since the labs, and all I have is one script for something that I've never taken before from Emily....whoever Emily is? I am out of Allopurinol for the last week since I figured the scripts would have been sent in this past Monday. I know my labs have been reviewed, based on the message from Emily stating such. If you’re looking for a Dr who is never there and an office who is never willing to help, then this is the place for you. My boyfriend has been waiting weeks to get test results gone over with the Dr. Serve. He’s left about 3 voicemails and still has not had anyone reach back out to him. Very unsatisfied with the service, we will be looking for a better Dr’s office in the area. He also doesn’t seem to know what he’s talking about, not sure if he’s just too young; but don’t recommend.
