If you’re looking for a Dr who is never there and an office who is never willing to help, then this is the place for you. My boyfriend has been waiting weeks to get test results gone over with the Dr. Serve. He’s left about 3 voicemails and still has not had anyone reach back out to him. Very unsatisfied with the service, we will be looking for a better Dr’s office in the area. He also doesn’t seem to know what he’s talking about, not sure if he’s just too young; but don’t recommend. Very happy with first visit. Was looking for a new doctor. My previous Dr. Was nice and personable, however diagnosis and level of care was lacking. I had 3 specialists for what other primary Doctors treat. Looking for the ease of having one doctor again. Have been seeing Dr. Serve for a few years. He is kind and listens to the concerns I have. He doesn't pass things off or minimize my health concerns. Thankful he is my dr.
