The professional visit was very good---the waiting room, however, was stark and cold, no magazines...only a television turned down so low that nobody could hear it. Waited about 40 minutes to get in to see the doctor, thus a nice selection of clean, current magazines would have been the customer-friendly mode of operation. Dr. Sangalli, on the other hand, was very professional and caring.
