Dropped taxes off in February didn't call or complete until April 15? Then said they sent it got a letter 2 weeks later with late fees they never sent it called office woman said she will ask him if he can find time to call before June 15 due date? Late fees are their fault late filling are there fault seems I need to file lawsuit and a call to local news station and Bbb lodge formal complaints I'm not paying late fees!
non-responsive, makes appointments- doesn't show up, doesn't return phone calls, doesn't return emails, makes promises and doesn't fulfill them...very poor professionalism - terrible communication
Two thumbs down. Apple Valley Tax in Plantsville is in no way representative of the service previously provided by Marc Pelletier, unfortunately. We were promised a 2-3 week turnaround when we dropped off our documents. Five weeks later our return still had not been started. The receptionist was rude when we called for status updates. We were forced to pick up our documents and make other arrangements to get our return completed by April 15th. I would not recommend this office to anyone.
