Dr. Kowalsky was the best surgeon and doctor I have had the fortune of being with. He is intelligent, caring, careful and best of all great when you are under the knife. I had a major shoulder surgery and throughout the pre-op and post-op process I never had a doubt that my shoulder wasn't fully healed. I couldn't recommend Dr. Kowalsky enough

I visited Dr. Kowalsky at ONS after receiving terrible care and undergoing a poorly performed surgery with another orthopedic surgeon. I was very dejected and uncertain if I could ever make a full recovery from my torn bicep tendon after months of incorrect treatment, but am so happy with the work that Dr. Kowalsky and the entire ONS team did.
