I don't have the words to describe what an amazing agent Marc Rizzo is. Any little problem that arose, he took care of. He was also very supportive emotionally and always kept a positive outlook which helped me greatly. I would highly recommend Marc Rizzo and his agency to anyone at any time.
Marc was fantastic selling my house quickly and for top dollar. His photographer captured the best angles of the rooms, aerial shots, and even created a floor plan. Marc's knowledge of the market pinpointed the correct listing price leading to multiple offers over ask. Marc was proactive with the town inspector and buyer's realtor to keep everything on track. He dealt with issues that came up along the way so I didn't have to and was quick to respond to my calls and texts. Marc surpassed all my expectations.
